Poret foam is very strong and rigid but it`s no match for a sharp knife. To cut Poret you will need a cutting edge that is very sharp. We like using a box cutter with a long blade it is a good idea to run the blade along a flat metal edge like a bit of boxed aluminium.
This has the benefit of keeping the blade perpendicular to the foam giving you a straight cut. You might have to redo your cuts if you don't get through the first time. No drama, it just shows how good the foam is.Check out the video which explains further.
